The Process
A Real-Life Therapy Group for Women
Healing doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in relationship.
The Process is a weekly, in-person therapy group for women who are craving depth, connection, and a space to do the work alongside others. This group is for women who want more than insight — women who want to feel supported, reflected, and understood in real time.
Facilitated by Dalia Halabi, MSc (Applied Psychology), The Process is a contained and intentional space where real stories are shared, patterns are explored, and growth happens through community. Rather than focusing on fixing or performing, this group invites women to slow down, make meaning of their experiences, and build emotional capacity together.
Each session blends open conversation, shared storytelling, and guided process work, with practical tools and psychoeducation woven in from evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, ACT, mindfulness, and parts-informed work. The emphasis is not on lectures or venting, but on reflection, nervous system regulation, and learning through shared experience.
Over time, the group itself becomes part of the healing — offering accountability, insight, and a sense of not having to carry everything alone.

About the Facilitator
Dalia Halabi is a mental health clinician, energy healer, yoga teacher, and coach with a Master of Science degree in Applied Psychology and over a decade of international experience. As a Lebanese American and Third Culture Kid, she brings a culturally responsive, identity-affirming, and holistic approach to her work.
Dalia integrates evidence-based tools such as CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness, alongside IFS-informed parts work, inner child healing, nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, yoga-informed practices, and energy healing. She does not believe in a one-size-fits-all model and customizes her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual and group.
Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through awareness, relationship, and choice — and that community is a powerful catalyst for growth.
